A product designer, a recent Cognitive Science graduate with a specialization in Interaction Design from UC San Diego, based in New York City
I design intuitive digital experiences by understanding how people think, make decisions, and interact with complex systems.
Having grown up between Turkish and Japanese cultures and studied in the United States, I bring a global perspective to design. I'm especially interested in products that help people navigate complexity, learn, communicate, and connect.

Global Perspective
Born into a Japanese-Turkish family and raised in Istanbul, I've spent much of my life moving between cultures, languages, and ways of thinking. Later studying in California further expanded my perspective and introduced me to people from all over the world.
These experiences shaped how I approach design today: with curiosity, empathy, and an appreciation for different viewpoints. I believe the most meaningful products are built when we understand the diverse experiences of the people we design for.
Beyond Design
Born into a family of explorers, adventure runs in my blood. My dad went to Japan from Turkey to study, and my mom left Japan to move to Turkey for our family's future. Growing up in Turkey, strategically positioned at the crossroads of Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, provided me with endless opportunities to explore diverse cultures and landscapes. When I felt the pull of new opportunities, I came to the United States for college. Here, in the midst of studying hard and trying new things, I still love to explore and discover.
